The
"inner flute" is the name we give to the main energy-channel which runs
from the very base of the spine to the crown of the head. The pelvis is
our energetic powerhouse. When we learn to nourish and expand this
energy-source through bioenergetic movement and breathing exercises,
energy flows up the "inner flute" and we experience a "streamings"
effect as the body vibrates with the flow of energy. One of the effects
is to spread a flow of orgasmic energy throughout the body, creating the
experience of "whole body" expanded orgasm. |

The
"chakras" are specific points along the "inner flute associated with
particular energies. "Base" and "Crown" chakras are opposite poles --
the base chakra creating a strong connection with the earth
("grounding"), while the crown chakra connects upwards to the heavens.
The intervening chakras, once they have been opened, are like the stops
on a flute, allowing energy to flow between ourselves and the world.
Through meditation, movement and voicework we learn to open each of
these chakras, and to experience the particular energies of each. |
