A practical introduction to Tantra for Women

Tantra is a way to feel ourselves fully alive, in touch with the sexual fire at our core, awake to our sensuality and creativity.  In this workshop we will explore ways of recognizing the goddess in ourselves and in each other.   We will work with breathing, dance and movement, Tantric bodywork, and guided meditation to take us deeper into our bodies, to celebrate our true beauty and grace as women.

Cost: £45                                   A deposit of £25 must be paid in advance

Marta Emmitt trained with John Hawken of SkyDancing Tantra and now assists him on his Sacred Couple year long training.   With her partner Robert Osborn she runs Celtic Tantra workshops in Hazel Hill Wood, and Couples Tantra weekend workshops.  She is also a published poet and playwright.  She has three children and has recently become a grandmother.
