| The workshop consists of four main steps: |
| Step 1 -- Awakening the ecstatic Body and
the Streamings Process |
| Through breathing and intense bodywork we
physically release energy blocks, especially at the 3 major points of
tension: pelvis, upper back & neck. As blocks are released energy
is allowed to travel freely yp the spine and eventuallly through the
whole body. The sensarion of aliveness and freedom is called
"streaming," and is integral to our work. |
| Step 2 -- Loving yourself |
| We look at what stands in the way of our
taking pleasure in our own bodies. In the self-love
/self-pleasuring ritual we come face to face with our sexuality, looking
at what is there to heal, and also what there is to celebrate.
This is an important step in the journey towards meeting in Sacred Sex. |
| Step 3 -- Sexual Healing |
| Our genitals hold trauma and tension just
like any other part of the body. In this section of the course we
work directly with the genital area, healing old wounds, enlivening
areas which have become numb or deadened, releasing pain and discomfort,
restoring the whole pelvic area to its true aliveness. |
| Step 4 -- Pleasure and Sacred Sexuality |
| In this section we look at how we can allow
our sexual energy to flow into pleasure. The pleasuring structures
lead to an initiation into the rituals of Sacred Sexuality where we meet
each other as god and goddess, Shakti and Shiva, meeting and merging at
sex, heart and spirit. |
